#1: I survived a plane crash at age 19.

#2: I spent my early years in Northern Florida, speaking a heavy southern accent.

#3: Mid teens, I moved to San Francisco, where I learned to speak like a Californian (no accent).

#4: I was an athlete as a child.

#5: I grew up just being called “Ann.”
