Jane Ann Covington, Founder and Director of Center for Developing Mastery since 1987, offers one-on-one attention to individuals providing education, coaching, hypnosis and hypnotherapy to develop mastery in the area(s) of your choice.

She is also Founder and Director of Hypnosis Institute International School, a professional hypnotherapist certification educational program for those interested in learning self-hypnosis as an effective tool for use in developing self mastery or for those wanting career development.

A Dean’s List graduate from San Francisco State University, Ms. Covington has more than 30 years experience in education, business, coaching, and personal and spiritual development, including more than 25 years experience in hypnotherapy. Additionally, she holds these qualifications: Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist/Instructor/Examiner by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapist, Certified Back In Control child/family workshop provider, Brain-Based Learning certified, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified for individuals and corporations; Spiritual/ministerial training and more.

A long time student in the fields of mind, body, and spirit, she has studied with some of the world’s leading experts. Her extensive background includes research at such distinguished institutions as the University of California at San Francisco and Stanford University.

She is a member of American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, National Guild of Hypnotists, and American Association of Behavioral Therapists.
